Preschool Promise is FREE high quality preschool for Oregon families who qualify, and we are proud to be Preschool Promise providers!

If you've already been approved for Preschool Promise and would like your child placed in my program, simply  email or call the Early Learning Hub of Linn Benton & Lincoln Counties and let them know you would like your child placed in the Rainbow Readers Preschool program.

If you haven't applied for preschool promise yet, or aren't sure if you qualify, scan the code from Step 01 on the fliers, or click here to be taken to the Preschool Promise Application.  Be sure to list Rainbow Readers as your preference!  Once your child has been approved, feel free to email me to set up a meeting!  Otherwise, I will reach out to you once I'm notified of your placement.

It is important to note that other criteria exist beyond income eligibility. We encourage you to complete an application for Preschool Promise for eligibility determination regardless of your income.
